Roadmap to Resilience

Every person can build their resiliency.  There are beliefs, thoughts and actions that are learned. These include positive self-talk, self-nurturing, seeking positive relationships, reflecting, volunteer work, and many more. Bouncing back from adversity, whether a natural disaster, military action, or trauma by human design, begins with the belief that you can, and will, overcome the trauma–even if the trauma occurred over many years and even if many different people hurt you.
